F28 Natural Gas is the first agriculture engine in its category to run on alternative propulsion. It offers the same performance as the Diesel version but reduces CO2 emissions to zero or even negatively.
The all new F28 engine is a one-engine solution that matches both space and performance-driven applications thanks to enhanced output in a highly compact packaging. Its versatile design makes F28 ideal for several agriculture applications like specialized and small utility tractors.
F28 is designed to be
multi-power and features a modular architecture — it can run on Diesel, natural gas and it is suitable for hybrid applications —providing the best performance in all working conditions and ensuring maximum installation flexibility.
and a 600-hour oil change interval result in a great ease of maintenance and reduced operating costs. F28 can be customized upon
demand, offering a wide range of options including flywheel,
housings, oil pans and filters.
Up to 55 kW (75 HP) / 375 Nm with high torque approach for prompt response: low-end torque 23% higher than market average. Specific high performance version designed for 75 kW (100 hp) / 415 Nm.
3.4 L performance in a 2 L package.
3-way catalyst (NO EGR, SCR OR DPF), single side serviceability and 600-hour service interval for easier maintenance and low running costs.
Designed with a modular, F28 Natural Gas version shares common base components with Diesel.
