Description

The F1 series, specifically designed for light commercial vehicles, is the culmination of over 40 years of experience in the field. The F1 family includes the F1A engine (2.3L) which offers high performance of up to 115 kW (156 hp) and 400 Nm. The engines in this range are optimized for fast transient response, 400 Nm at 1500 rpm, thanks to advanced air management systems such as the electronically controlled variable-geometry turbocharger (eVGT).
The F1A engines are industrially derived, ensuring long service life of up to 350,000 km Be10, and feature extended maintenance intervals of up to 50,000 km for oil changes, among the highest in their category.

All F1A engines are available for both transverse and longitudinal installation. The engine is equipped with an ATS system with dual SCR, optimized for both urban missions with reduced load and low exhaust temperatures, and for suburban use, guaranteeing the required efficiency of the post-combustion treatment in all driving conditions.

Furthermore, the F1A engine is available in both light-duty and heavy-duty certifications.
