F1C NG
Light Commercial VehiclesCompatible with CNG, LNG and biomethane
Stoichiometric combustion to guarantee maximum reduction of consumption and noise compared to diesel
Up to 30% more fuel savings than diesel
Description
The F1 Series has been specifically designed for Light Commercial Vehicles, and is the result of more than 40 years of experience in the field.
The F1 family is completed by a CNG version that offers unpaired sustainability.
Natural gas is the most eco-friendly fuel for internal combustion engines, capable of bringing significant environmental advantages:
- it improves local air quality, nearly eliminating polluting agents,
- it mitigates global warming by significantly reducing CO2 emissions,
- it significantly lowers engine noise.
Our diesel-derived F1C natural gas engines deliver high torque values, therefore ensuring the same performance as diesel with any load and on any route.
Fuel savings increase up to 30% compared to diesel. Moreover, natural gas is significantly less expensive than Diesel in most European Countries.
A simple and easy-to-install 3-way catalyzer is enough to comply with Euro VI E standards: the emission rate of natural gas-powered vehicles is significantly lower than diesel and globally emitted CO2 can reach near zero if biomethane is used.
FPT Industrial boasts over 20 years of experience in natural gas technology and it was the first to adopt the stoichiometric technology that has now become the market standard for the segment. High reliability and serviceability contribute to low maintenance cost together with oil change intervals at 40,000 km.
