- 2026 Sustainable “Tractor of the Year®” (TotY) to the JCB New Fastrac 6300, powered by FPT’s N67 engine.
This year, out of 24 finalists with ICE engines across five categories, 10 are powered by FPT, confirming its position as one of the preferred engine suppliers for competing tractor manufacturers.
Launched in the 1998 by Italian magazine ‘Trattori’, the Tractor of the Year is an esteemed international award recognizing excellence in agricultural mechanization at global level. The 25-member jury, composed of independent journalists from the most influential agricultural magazines, websites, TV programs, and social media channels across Europe and representing 25 different countries, selected the winners after thorough field tests and in-depth analysis of the machines’ features.
This prestigious recognition further confirms FPT’s leadership as the largest independent powertrain manufacturer in the global agricultural sector. Every year, the company powers more than 110,000 agricultural vehicles worldwide, a testament to its strength and scale. In Europe alone, one in every three tractors and two out of five combines are equipped with FPT engines. Such results underline a long-standing heritage of innovation, rooted in Italy over a century ago and still guiding the evolution of agricultural segment.
