FPT Industrial took part in the EIMA Digital Preview that aired on-line from 11 to 15 November 2020. Based on a three-dimensional platform, developed on the specific needs of the agro-mechanical sector, the EIMA Digital Preview was the first digital exhibition dedicated to agricultural machinery and offered visitors an immersive experience that allowed them to move in the event’s virtual universe as if they were inside a physical space.

In its 3D virtual boot, FPT Industrial showcased 3 real stars of its most recent engine production. The F34 Industrial Power Unit (IPU) designed as a pre-packed engine for motor pump applications. The 4.5 litre, 4-cylinder N45 from NEF range that powers, among many others, the “Tractor of the Year 2019” Case IH Maxxum Multicontroller. And last but not least, the F28, awarded last February as “Diesel of the Year®” 2020, selected as star of the year for its modular approach it takes. Developed as both a Diesel and Natural Gas powertrain, it is also ready to be used in hybrid electric mode.

Among the many events the fair organized, the brand participated, together with Davide De Silvio, FPT Industrial Director of Sales, ePowertrain, to the webinar dedicated to the opportunities of hybridization in the specialized tractors sector moderated by the Diesel magazine on November 13^th.
