The renowned awards Tractor of the Year (TOTY), recognizing the latest innovations in the international tractor sector, saw FPT Industrial as the driving force of two of the winners and nothing less than eight of the finalists. FPT advanced engines power the New Holland Methane Power tractor concept, winner of the Sustainable Tractor of the Year, and the New Holland T4.110 N, awarded as Best Specialized Tractor.
The New Holland Methane Power tractor concept, winner of the newly created Sustainable TOTY category, is powered by the new FPT N67 Natural Gas, which offers the machine environmentally friendly features in terms of emissions reduction, efficiency and operating costs.
The Best Specialized winner, the New Holland T4.110 N, is equipped with the ideal engine for specialty and compact tractors, the F34. For this application, the 3.4-liter engine delivers power of 79 kW (107 hp) at 2,300 rpm and maximum torque of 440 Nm at 1,500 rpm.
