Six places, four months and thounsands of partecipants: the Gincana de Caminhonero – held in Brasil from August to November – has come to an end. FPT Industrial actively joined the competition, welcoming over a thousand truck drivers in order to strengthen their long-lasting relationship.
During these months, drivers competed against each other to get the final prize: a new Iveco Tector. At the final stage in Itaja, in the State of Santa Catarina, in the South of Brasil, FPT Industrial tightened its ties with drivers from all around the country. On show there was the Cursor 9 engine, whose details have been explained by FPT Industrial specialists, and am interactive activity called “When the strength of man finds the power of the machine" where participants could prove their force by playing arm wrestling against a mechanical arm. But there was also time to listen to the Federal Highway Police that conducted lectures to make drivers aware of the risks they always have to face on the road.
